From Idea to Implementation
The goal of the project is the development of future engineers with a comprehensive competency map and practical experience in solving engineering and scientific-technical problems based on Russian equipment and software, using educational and methodological materials that unite all branches of natural science and engineering knowledge, interdisciplinary practices, and project-based learning.
PROJECT OBJECTIVES
To provide all schoolchildren, regardless of their place of residence, with the opportunity to undergo effective engineering training in classrooms or independently online.
To ensure systematic interaction between regional enterprises and schoolchildren: content, training, competitions, internships, employment.
To engage students in grades 5–9 with early practical career guidance through popular science and artistic content in engineering professions.
To create a system for training mentors and coaches in intellectual sports who do not have deep engineering experience at the start.
